Example worked fine for me with latest.

Note: "update" =>

[1]Go to Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev and git pull (or if you have run script 
"clonePackageRepos.sh" invoke script "pullAllRepos.sh").

[2] In a working image, click on background to get a World Menu and 
select menu item:
   World ->> Changes ->> install new updates

You can save the image to retain changes.
