[Cuis-dev] Issue in PackageBrowser

Hello

I observed what lookk like a bug in the package browser and related model.

When adding a method to a system class (let's say Morph), then moving it 
to a category extension (let's say *myPackage). The package browser does 
not show up the addition of the the method to myPackage. It reports 
about the added category extension, but it is empty.
