[Cuis-dev] Autocomplete with undefined identifiers

Hi,
 attached is a change set that adds undefined identifiers when using the
autocomplete.
 I suggest adding this functionality because it is very common when
writing a method to use a new variable that is not already defined and
because of that it is not shown as a possible entry in the autocomplete
list.
 Now with this functionality, undefined identifiers will be shown under the
'--undefined' category of the autocompletion entries list.
