[Cuis-dev] Bugfix - HierarchicalListMorph font size

Hi Folks!
Here I bring a bug fix for *HierarchicalListMorph*. To reproduce it, open a
browser and look at the System Category List. Then change the font size:
you’ll see that the font changes in all morphs except the System Category
List.

Each line in this morph uses an *IndentingListItemMorph*. This morph is
initialized with a font and never updates its size afterward.

The proposed change is to initialize this morph without a font, so it can
use the default system font, just like *PluggableListMorph* does.
