[Cuis-dev] Hue Selector

On the last Cuis Meeting I demo'ed the new OK-LCH Color Editor and 
someone suggested a Hue/Color Slider/SrollBar.

shell invoke pullAllRepos.sh and

  Feature Require: 'UI-Tools'

now adds 'Select Hue' to Color Properties on a Morph's Menu in addition 
to the new Color Editor.
