I've just pushed this. Thanks!

WRT window title balloon staying up after you move to window interior, I 
could not reproduce this on the latest Cuis. It appears that a 
morphLeave is being sent to all morphs before entering submorphs. Not 
saying this is the best thing to do, just that's what I see happening.

If you still see the issue, can you provide steps to reproduce, 
prefrably in a fresh clone of the Cuis repo? Thanks!
