Mea Culpa.

I "backversioned" UI-ColorPanel for Cuis7-6 and retested.  Do a pull for 
the latest and require it (or 'UI-Tools') and all should work as 
expected with the current/latest packages.

Note that MetaProperties tracks color property changes in both Cuis-Base 
and in UI-* classes, so we will probably see this problem again.  The 
lastest additions to UI-ColorPanel require the Color>>oklch* methods 
which are newer, but which are contained in the 7.6 release.

As a community we should probably develop a tool which captures versions 
of all typical packages when a stable base is released.  Your experience 
is evidence that we need this.
