[Cuis-dev] Visual MetaProperties update

Greetings all,

Just pushed refactored update with some cleanups.

MetaProperty initialization for a Morph's menu is now done by Morph 
Classes where each visual property is defined. [*ui-metaproperties class 
category]

See implementors of #addLocalMetaPropsTo: class methods if you would 
like to add a visual property to a new Morph class.

Bugs to me, [they always seem to find me anyway ;^]

PS: Tested with 7.6 and current.
