[Cuis-dev] Setting author programmatically

Update #8040 has a postscript that creates and saves those preferences. 
They should be there if you evaluate

     Preferences at: #authorInitials
     Preferences at: #authorName

They are there in a fresh image. I don't know why they wouldn't be in yours.
