[Cuis-dev] Spacewar game broken

Hi,

The spacewar! game from the book is broken due to changes in keyboard 
handling, and maybe mouse.

  Observed issues:

  * handlesKeyboard not used anymore. How to proceed?
  * mouseEnter/mouseLeave does not work, while handlesMouseOver: answer
    true, strange
  * the game does not get the keyboard focus.

A bit confused.
