[Cuis-dev] Auto-highlight and coordinate system color tweaks

This change set doesn't change the look of anything on the default theme,
just moves the choice of text auto-highlight color to the theme. Originally
the color was fixed in SHTextStylerST80, and it worked well with light
themes but not well with dark themes. Also, I changed the drawing of the
coordinate system in the halos to derive the color from the current theme
text color, for the same reason (it was not visible on a dark background).
