Thanks.  I am using the local time web site

which shows 16: UTC as 9:AM PST.

I did show up via the http://meeting.cuis.st jitsi page at 8:00 PST as 
well, but did not log in as the moderator as I don't know how to record 
the meeting.

PST does have a "Daylight Savings" offset, sigh.

At 9:05 or so PST I did log in as moderator.
