[Cuis-dev] Improvement of the documentation for the DatabaseSupport package

Hi,

I have completed a major update of the documentation for the
DatabaseSupport package.


It describes the installation on MacOS and Linux. It details the
installation of ODBC drivers for MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and SQLite.


I have also added several SQL code examples (simple query, prepared query,
use of parameterized queries, transaction).


My pull request is pending on the repository
