[Cuis-dev] Refactoring of StandardFileMenu

Hi,

I have refactored and extended the StandardFileMenu class from the 
Goodies package.

In this change set, I extended its behavior to add the option to pick-up 
a directory entry (before user can only pick-up a file).

It follows the same modus operandi: the user browses in the directories 
tree presented in the menu, then he picks-up the directory presented at 
the bottom of the menu.
