[Cuis-dev] Review of Launching procedure

Not very confident about my know-how, but I needed some distraction and
found a couple of minutes to do a very cursory, minimal edition. The
content looks ok.

Perhaps you'd like to include an explanation about **why** there is no such
thing as bootstrapping the image; meaning it is rather more like resuming
at the exact point where it was interrupted.
