[Cuis-dev] Simplified debugger view

We still have the preDebugger, but there is no preference to toggle the 
option. I think it is important to have such an option for end user 
application.

Also, regarding usability, the debugger or predebugger window must be 
open centered in the Cuis screen. IT is an important event, and it 
should not show up in a corner of the Cuis screen.

Here is a changeset to adjust all of that. There is a new preference 
#debugPreDebugger, false by default, and it does not change the current 
behavior.

I hope your like it. I will use it in DrGeo and Dybo.
