[Cuis-dev] Moving /documentation to the cuis.st web

Hi Folks,

After converting the cuis web to the new nicer format, Cristián added a 
lot of the content from the /documentation folder of the Cuis repo to 
the Cuis web.

Please take a look and tell if you see any problem.

Maybe tomorrow I'll start removing the stuff from the Cuis repo, so it 
is only at the Cuis web.
