[Cuis-dev] Missing PushUp dependends

Hi,
 the PushUp refactoring looks for dependent messages to warn about them and
allow you to push them up too, but the current version was missing some
cases. This error also affected the recursive warning sent on
CuisUniversity, so it fixes both cases.
 The cs fixes that with the corresponding tests.
