[Cuis-dev] Refactoring Parenthesis-ExtractMethod fix

Hi,
 I'll start sending fixes on how parentheses are handled in the
refactorings to avoid extra ones and add the needed ones correctly.
 This is the first round of fixes for the ExtractMethod refactoring,
including its tests.
