[Cuis-dev] RemoveParameter parentheses

Hi,
 attach is a fix for the remove parameter refactoring that was leaving
unnecessary parentheses. It also includes the corresponding tests.
 There is one case that I have not addressed yet. I'll send the fix in
another cs.
