[Cuis-dev] ExtractMethod duplicates finder fix

Hi,
 Attached is a fix for when the receiver is an instance variable while
looking for duplicates.
 A duplicate was found in this code:
---
isHoliday: aPotentialHoliday

^ ( weekdayHolidays includes: aPotentialHoliday day) or: [
 monthdayHolidays includes: aPotentialHoliday dayOfMonth ]
---
 when extracting `weekdayHolidays includes: aPotentialHoliday day`, but the
generated method did not parameterize the receiver.

 The fix includes  its tests too.
