Have you seen the book, "A decade of research"?

I was quite stunned when I first read it; I thought I had a rough idea 
about the caliber of stuff the PARC did, but this book made me realize
that I had absolutely zero idea as to the SCALE of the research they
did. You will easily find more points for your list there. Like, first VLSI.
