[Cuis-dev] Changes to base image for OMeta

Hi Phil,

In the OMeta repo we have a change set with intended changes to the base 
image, 2359-CuisCore-PhilBellalouna-2015Jun09-23h06m-pb.1.cs.st , that 
seems to have bitrotten. Are you using a different TextStyler for OMeta? 
Maybe we can make the styler depend on whether OMeta is present?
