Hi everyone!

I'm excited to share this refactoring and hope you find it useful. This
adds an option in the menu and a shortcut (K) for performing the refactor
in the Smalltalk Editor based on the selected source code.

As discussed with Hernán, he is going to take a deep look at it. But if
anyone wants to try it out and give feedback before it is integrated, I'm
all ears :)

Attached is the changeset + the new version of BaseImageTests including all
the tests for it.
