[Cuis-dev] 'Color green inspect' bug

Hi,

Thought this was fixed, but tested with wrong image.

Cuis5.0-3720 has the bug, updating to 3745 does _not_ fix.

The symptom is wacky behavior with

   Smallfloat64>>nextTowardZero

The SmallFloat64 prints as "00.0".

   sign = 1
   exponent = -1022
   mantissa = 0

So the complaint is "Not for zero values".

I have images with other revision numbers which update and display fine.

Any help here?
