[Cuis-dev] 'Color green inspect' bug

Strange.

I re-downloaded Cuis5.0-3720.{image,changes} on LePotato 
(ARM64/AML-S905X) which shows this bug, but re-downloading the same 
image and changes onto my ARM64 Chromebook Plus (XE513C42) and 'Color 
green inspect.' works just fine.

Other Cuis images also run this fine on my LePotato machine.

So something dependent on both image code and processor/vm.

Hmmm... puzzled and digging deeper.

Any insights out there?
