You also need https://github.com/Cuis-Smalltalk/VectorGraphics . In 
general, it is best to follow 
https://github.com/Cuis-Smalltalk/Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/blob/master/Documentation/GettingStarted.md 
wrt folder structure, etc. Maybe try a new install in a separate folder 
following those instructions. I can't be more specific without 
additional information.
