Sorry to hear it. Spent half a day yesterday loading various ways 
without a problem.  Very interested in any reproducible case.

I suggest 'self halt' in senders of FeatureRequirementUnsatisfied at 
point of failure.

A novice user does not necessarily understand the debugger.

You, on the other hand, should know..  Now is a good time to learn and 
practice.  ;^)

Thanks much again for the reporting and tests!!  This _is_ important to 
fix!
