[Cuis-dev] The Cuis Book, please review!

Thanks Mauro.

There are for sure tons of fault in the book, we don't want newbies to 
be upset and give them a wrong first impression on the book and cuis.

Guys, just pick up one chapter, read thought it, write your comments in 
a text file and post it there. It will greatly improve the quality.
