[Cuis-dev] The Cuis Book, please review!

I'll definitely give it a thorough read-through! I've already gotten
through the first 2 chapters.

I really enjoyed the philosophy section before the practical code starts!

Also since someone mentioned it earlier, I'd like to suggest an FFI section
for Deep into Cuis! I'm currently using Kilon Alios' shared memory FFI
package he wrote for Pharo to write to the shared memory of a C# program,
and I'd like to port that shared memory library over to Cuis.

In any case, I'll send my own text file review, but so far I'm really
enjoying it!
