[Cuis-dev] Fix when contextStack is nil and ask for selectedContext

Hi,
 under certain circumstances the Debugger's contextStack can be nil and
that was not prevented in the implementation of #selectedContext, making
the debugger fail and open another debugger.
 Attached is the fix for that
