[Cuis-dev] Pothole: Morph minimumExtent

Greetings,

Sometimes one finds a "pot hole" in Cuis -- little things that bug one 
but usually not enough to stop and fix.

One thing which has bugged me is that LayoutMorphs do not respect the 
minimumExtent's of their submorphs.

So here is a proposed change and some code to do the deed.

Another experiment here with video capture now that I have a USB 
mike+headset.

Hopefully a "show 'n tell".
