[Cuis-dev] MessageNames search strings

I was going to add a couple of options to search strings in the
MessageNamesWindow but found that Juan beat me to it.  So I took a stab at
documenting the intent of what is there (I was getting some nonsensical
results, especially if I tried stacking) so the class comment needs some
work ;-)
