Hi,
I am thinking about using Texinfo[1] for the Cuis book. It is a very
well documented system[2], feature complete, its syntax is quite light.
I know it pretty well as I use it for the DrGeo documentation.
I propose to setup the book structure with build script for html, pdf
and docbook output. The build process will therefore require to be ran
from a linux host. There are texinfo versions for Windows and Max, though.
It should be hosted in github in the Cuis-Smalltalk project.
