[Cuis-dev] FYI: Cuis on Aarch64 and fixes for current on Amd64

Hi,  
  
The build instructions for the stack spur VM for ArmV8 are very simple.  
  
cd build.linux64ARMv8/squeak.stack.spur/  
./makeallclean  
mv build squeak  
  
  
Cuis works just fine on an Arm64 bit system then.  
  
Elliot is working very hard on the Cog JIT for this system, but, it is not done.   But the Stack VM works just fine but a bit slower.
