[Cuis-dev] Theme cleanup, and respect taskbar theme setting

Thanks, but ctrl-w does not work either on Debian Linux with Xfce.
What's needed is something independent of OS/window manager. There is
a #mouseButton2Activity method for the task bar, away from the buttons.
Maybe it could detect being over a button somehow...
