[Cuis-dev] Halos on windows at screen's edge leave desktop artifacts

Here's another little weirdness with halos and drawing:

Create a window with halos in the middle of the screen so that (by default) the halo handles show up outside the window; move the window around using the pick-up handle, the move handle or the title bar, and everything's fine.
Now start with a window whose top edge touches the top of the desktop, or whose left edge touches the left edge of the desktop; create halos (some of which will be inside your window); move using any of the three methods and you will leave a trail -- apparently of the light-gray numbers on the halo axes.
