[Cuis-dev] Halos on windows at screen's edge leave desktop artifacts

Can't wait to check out the new change sets when I get home from work
tonight!

I feel bad though, since I probably pulled you away from work on the
plugin. You're always so fast, but I hope you don't feel pressured to fix
every little issue before the ink on the email is dry.

Really appreciate the explanations too. That kind of stuff is so hard to
find that I'm tempted to index your emails and extract class and method
comments from them!
