You are looking in the right places.

We are all busy, but interested in your success.  This is a good place 
to ask questions.

I find I learn best by doing small projects. Something big enough to be 
interesting but small enough to be accomplished/completed.

If you can find a friend to "pair" with, it is often fun for two people 
together, where one person has the keyboard and "drives" and the other 
actively watches and questions as the "co-pilot".  Then change from time 
to time so that each can drive.  Both learn much!

And don't forget to have fun!!
