[Cuis-dev] Updates to VectorEngine and VectorEnginePlugin

Thanks Juan....
It was that I have the bad habit of copying the .image / .changes /
.sources files into a separate folder to not touch de repo and install
packages from there,...

And that is not hw I should be working with Cuis....I still have to
understand well that part.
