[Cuis-dev] Add label support in Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev GitHub issues

Hi Juan,

nope, I still can't set the label.

I attach a picture with my Printf repository GitHub issues, on the right 
side of the screen
there is written "Label" and there is a gear icon next to it, this lets 
me set the label.

I don't have the gear icon available in "Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev" .

I don't know other ways to set the label.
I think I enabled this into the GitHub repository Settings.
