[Cuis-dev] New VMs

[Gerald Klix]

Got the Windows 32bit VM fixed.

Replaced the 7zip file with a new one of the same name.
This time it contains the plugin.

I tested it with the 4677 image. It works!
BTW: Thanks for fixing the Halo buttons.
