[Cuis-dev] Chapter 7: First example not working

Hi John,

Thanks to report it, it is very helpfull. As Cuis' Vector Graphics is 
evolving quickly, some parts of the book become obsolete. But we can fix 
it. Investigating and will report on that latter.
