[Cuis-dev] Siren on github

Thanks!!  Now the steps on the build-siren.txt page appear to work (at 
least no debugger pops up).

I wonder which parts of the system are currently supposed to work and 
which are known to be "don't bother with for now".  This morning I 
started randomly poking, and I thought one logical starting point would 
be the "Siren Setup and Testing" page of the "Siren Workbook", and it 
begins with "open the configuration/test panel":

SirenSession openUtility

and that failed because SoundPort is undeclared and of course 
SirenSession>>initialize ends up sending #concreteClass to nil.

Did I miss something?
