[Cuis-dev] Diacritical marks in Smalltalk code

(Sorry, for some reason the gmail app sent the mail without what I wrote.)

For example, to input v with a vector arrow you have to type v\vec followed
by space or any other non-alphabetical character. You have to fileIn the
change set in my previous email for that to work.
