[Cuis-dev] Bug removing and renaming a root system category

Hi Luciano!
 I just found that removing a system category does not work. If you are in
one of the categories it does, but it does not when in the root category...
 I think it would be great to remove all subcategories if you remove the
root category.

 The same thing happens when renaming a root category.
