I am confused when I see the tips below, the change set does not resolve 
the issues in the screenshots.

Then in DrGeo, should I modify the Widgets to always return true for 
wrapping ? Including the ones in Cuis-Smalltalk-UI ? This looks odd to 
me to adjust all widgets with potential tips to set tip wrapping to 
true, because this what I will have to do.

In my perception, only a few morph do not want tip formatted, because it 
is doing hand formatting. So the default should be the other way, 
wrapping to true. May be I am confused, but it is the first time I meet 
this issue with DrGeo (previous GUIs were GTK+, Squeak Morph and Pharo 
Polymorph)
