As a community, we can work collaboratively on its editing. But better

Yes it can be a downside of the one example thread all along the book. 
However, note that for "The Cuis Book" we have distinct chapters between 
the explained features and the Spacewar! example thread. So one can read 
the book with a loose interest on the Spacewar! thread. And we have a 
great index table to find valuable information 
(https://cuis-smalltalk.github.io/TheCuisBook/Indexes.html) I am a big 
fan of index.

May be for the Layout, it will be easier to have many small examples all 
along the chapters.
