Deprecated in Cuis 6  [Works in Cuis 5]

Some definitions conflict/duplucate with Cuis-Smalltalk-UI.

Yes. Look at the package requirement for Cuis-Base. Now has upper limit 
on version.

These example need to be cleaned and cross checked with morphs in 
Cuis-Smalltalk-UI.

I have not had the time to do this.  Feel free to check and update.
