[Cuis-dev] New Erudite extensions for math and UML

Hi,

I've just merged some work from https://github.com/andswitch.

An extension for Erudite for rendering math expressions and plots via 
external tools (GNUPlot and mimetex).

Inspired by that, I added support for rendering UML diagrams via PlantUML.

If you want to try, load EruditeMath and EruditeUML packages and open 
the accompanying books.
